Larry Hill Taylor, legendary blues singer and drummer, is the oldest son of the master guitarist Eddie “Playboy” Taylor—VeeJay recording artist, JimmyLarry Taylor sings Marietta OH 2006 Reed’s music partner and architect of the boogie and “lump” rhythms that power Chicago’s world-famous blues music. 

Today Larry’s a legend in his own right, and a leader of the current Chicago Blues generation.  He faithfully carries his Mississippi-born father’s 1950s music traditions, and can also bring the R&B/soul tunes which sprang from blues in his own West Side neighborhood.
